We offer premium tshirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and concert merch for men and women.

2. What is the fabric quality of your tshirts?
Our tshirts are made from 100% premium cotton (220 GSM) for a soft, heavy, and durable feel.

3. Are your hoodies and sweatshirts warm enough for winter?
Yes, we use fleece-lined fabrics perfect for winter comfort.

4. Do your tshirts shrink after washing?
No. All garments are pre-shrunk and bio-washed for long-term shape and fit.

5. Do you offer oversized fits?
Yes, many of our designs come in relaxed, oversized silhouettes.

6. What sizes are available?
Most products range from XXS to 4XL.

7. Are your designs unisex?
Yes, our fits are generally unisex unless stated otherwise.

8. Are your prints durable?
Yes, we use high-quality screen and DTF prints for long-lasting designs.

9. Can I customise apparel with my own design?
Yes, we accept custom and bulk orders. Contact us for more info.

10. Where are your clothes made?
All products are proudly made in India.


🚚 Shipping FAQs

11. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

12. What courier partners do you use?
We use trusted partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees and Delhivery.

13. How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–7 working days, depending on location.

14. Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking info is shared via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

15. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.

16. What if I miss the delivery?
3 attempts will be made before the order is returned.

17. My order is delayed. What do I do?
Contact our support after 7 days if your order hasn't arrived.

18. Can I update my address post-order?
Yes, only if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us ASAP.

19. Do you offer express delivery?
Available on request for urgent orders. The same is available on the checkout at INR 100/-.

20. Do you deliver to rural areas?
Yes, we deliver pan-India.

21. What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking & COD (with ₹70 extra).

22. Is COD available?
Yes, with an additional ₹70 charge.

23. Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways.

24. My payment failed but amount was debited.
Refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 working days.

25. Can I use multiple coupons?
Only one code can be applied per order.

26. Do you accept returns?
We do accept refunds.

27. What's the return window?
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

28. How do I raise a return?
Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and images.

29. Do you offer exchanges?
Only for incorrect size or product sent by us.

30. Do you refund orders?
Refunds are only for damaged products or service failures.
